At Meta I have developed strategy, vision and products to help app developers to leverage monetisation strength of Meta. Helped fin-tech advertises to drive more performant user acquisition lead ads campaigns. Developed mid-funnel brand advertising strategy to increase ad performance by using mid-funnel signals captured on Meta surfaces.

Building the suit of social media apps at Healthline
At Healthline I have led design, research and UX strategy of the suite of 5 mobile apps for the chronic condition communities. Built and launched products that helped people to find peer support and meaningful connections through communities and live chats.

Growing design community

Since 2021 coached and mentored over 30 designers and product managers different levels outside and inside Meta. Actively participated in hiring process and helped to hire top talent at Meta.
